Error with Input System

For some reason whenever I try to install the Input System I get this error when I try to edit an Action Map. I also cannot change the Properties of any Actions or their Bindings. I've tried restarting the Editor and have reinstalled the package multiple times in order to try to fix it. No luck unfortunately. My version of Unity is 2019.3.0f3, however I got the same issue on a previous version of 2019.2. I've attached a text file containing what the Unity console throws up when it gets the error.

 

I'm getting this exact error, only I'm on 2019.3.9f1 and preview.6 - 1.0.0 of the input package. I've tried restarting the Editor, reinstalling the package, trying older versions of Unity, older versions of the input package, and even reinstalling Unity altogether. I've had no luck fixing this issue. Were you ever able to figure out what the problem was?

I've also posted the error my console gives me, although it's remarkably similar to OP's.
