Question Error when trying to download assets

Hello, I'm trying to do a school project and running into trouble. When I add an asset from the asset store and then click"open in unity", the project manager pops up in the editor, but I get the following errors. I have tried turning off the firewall and I'm not connected to a proxy. In the screenshot, it shows that I am not logged into the editor, but I still had this problem when I was logged in, this is after I tried going my project on a different editor since I was having the same issues before. If anyone could help solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
