    Hello,
I am having error then creating a sample project and I've found the solution. I have to change the Template path to something shorter for this to work but I don't know how to change the current path "C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\Templates".

It should be the easiest one ? such an inactive forum.
Does unity offer live chat ? Because I opened a ticket and I don't have months to solve this.

See what they have to say "

I know this is not what you want to hear but in my experience, every single sample project included in the Learn section of the Unity Hub is EXTREMELY sensitive in some way that generally makes it fail to launch or operate exactly as advertised.

Issues range from incorrect package versions to simply neglecting to put an EventSystem in the main scene, missing/broken materials, etc, and these issues plague almost all of what is on there. I speak directly from my direct personal experience as a professional and senior Unity engineer and user: Not once have those demo projects ever worked properly out of box. They ALL require expert fiddling and research to get going, and it looks like your experience is in line with that.

For the specific error you see above, it looks package manager related. If you feel like tackling it, the first thing I would do is create a blank project in that Unity version, see if that starts up.

If it does, try editing Packages/manifest.json in the above project and remove the specification for that package so at least it comes up and just has compiler errors.

If it still doesn't come up, I say uninstall that version of Unity, give up on that sample project and go check out some great Unity tutorial providers like Sebastian Lague, Imphenzia, or really anything that comes up in Youtube searching. You will get your mind into meaty fun gamedev much much faster than with those demo projects, alas.

Thank you for much for helping me out. the default version didn't worked and I was unable to open any project on that. I uninstall and installed 2020 and that worked also imported my desire sample that's working perfectly. I am also learning from those two youtubers you recommended.

    Keep helping people!
