Error trying to build solution in Visual Studio

    I'm trying to creating a Windows Phone 8.1 build where it's built fine from Unity and yet when I've tried to build the solution in VS, it comes up with the error MSB3774: Could not find SDK "Microsoft.VCLibs, Version=12.0"

    I'm currently using VS 2015 Enterprise and Unity Free 5.2.1.

    Anyone who has ran into this issue before or could shine some light onto the matter would be appreciated.

    It wants Visual Studio 2013 installed
