Error spam with Camera object selected (only happens on 2019.1.0a14 with SRP)

    Noticed this issue on latest alpha 14. I haven't verified if this happens on LWRP but it does happen with HDRP 5.2.3-preview and even on latest HDRP from github. I've also verified this doesn't happen on standard render pipeline or with 2019.1a13 or older.

    Repro:
    - Use HDRP with 2019.1.0a14 (happens even with new HD Template)
    - Select camera object from the scene hierarchy
    - Move mouse cursor over either game or scene view
    - Observe console getting flooded with errors
