Bug Error reporting an error: Error occurred wehile creating an archive etc..

I was attempting to send an error report and was greeted by this error after waiting around 5minutes for the Bug Reporter stall on Packing report.

update: turns out the problem packaging the report is that the process has the same issue as many other editor / hub features where the bugreporter filled the "C" drive so full it couldn't write anything and changing this folder is not supported (for caches or downloads etc etc) which is a major pain in the butt.

Please implement / allow changing the editor / hub default paths for resources, this would propably take a few days vs who knows how many developers over the years having to spend multiple hours reorganizing their system simply due to a tool forcing specific paths without much rationale for it (unlike say drivers etc, this is an application and all).
