Error OVRADBTool System server has no access to read file context

    Hello,
    I'm using Unity 2018.4.6 with Oculus SDK 1.39.
    Building a Gear VR mobile app and testing with my S8 mobile
    When I finished my building the apk couldn't run in my device with the following error:

    After the build has completed my app doesn't show on my mobile,
    Note: I have built the project using Oculus > OVR Build And Run
    as the error suggests how do I allow OVRADBTool to access reading my apk file?
