I was prompted to update my Unity hub and upon completion and launching, the following error appears and the hub fails to launch. Note that this also happens when trying to launch after installation.

It doesn't happen with other software, no. And yes, it stops me from running the hub. The hub was working with the previous version. It was just with this update that it broke. I uninstalled it, including completely removing it from AppData, and attempted to download/install it fresh with no luck. Thanks!
I removed the hub and all versions of Unity from my computer, including in app data. Downloaded hub again and it seems to be working.
