Bug Error "Missing Default Layout" after upgrading to 2023.1.11

    Deleting the artifactdb was the only thing which helped. Unfortunately that triggers some reimports, which might take a while and I’m our case also leads to several crashes during the process.

    Just to confirm that this is a serious bug: opened another project today and migrated from 2023.1.10 to 2023.1.11, exact same issue.
    I am wondering if this most basic step is not being tested before a Unity Editor version is being released? Especially as the bug was already present in the beta.
