Error message on upload

I am currently doing the FPS game tutorial and I cannot upload my project in order to progress through the tutorial. I tried to do it through unity itself, but everytime i try to create the build, it just disappears after completion as if it was never done in the first place. Anti-virus software didnt tag it and it doesnt show up in any quarantine or recycling bin. I looked up online for any workarounds and I saw you could publish the project manually. Upon attempting to uploading manually I get this error.
