Error loading my project

Since I installed the software, whenever I try to open a new project I get an error message regarding the server and the server package manager, I run the Unity diagnostic s and am told to refer to this forum for help citing c:/ProgramData/Unity/UnityPackageManagerDiagnostics/diagnostic_report_Wed_05_20_2020_43514_24.txt
It also said I should attach with <c:/Users/USER/AppData/local/Unity/Editor/upm-diag.log
Please help me start off this wonderful project that I've always wanted to learn.
