Error in Docs? CompositeCollider2D cannot be disabled

    I didn't want to start a proper bugreport for this as it still might be a misunderstanding and/or only an error in the documentation.
    But the docs state here that 'enabled' is a property of CompositeCollider2D. Now, I can call it and set it to false, but it doesn't do anything. It also doesn't give me an error. There is also no checkbox in the hierarchy on the composite collider.

    But I am on Unity 2017.2
    Are the docs wrong or just give a misleading impression or is something with my composite collider wrong and it should be disable-able?
