Question Error in Aquire Dashboard when adding App

    I am trying to create ads in preparation for soft launch. When I try to add a new app in the Growth Dashboard / Apps I get an error
    "Unfortunately we were unable to find information for the following Store ID:"

    The app IS available, but only in the smallest country I could find, Turks and Caicos Islands.

    Why am I getting this error, or how to I add an app without releasing it first? Is it because Unity Ads are not available in this Turks and Caicos Islands? Or does the app have to be available in the US?

    If we absolutely have to release the app first, then how do we achieve the minimum exposure while still being able to add the app to Growth?

    Our goal is just to see what the ads look like in context so that we can direct the creative.

    So Unity support helped me.

    I just replaced the "us" part of the URL with "tc" which is the Turks and Caicos 2-Letter country code (you can find the codes here: https://www.iban.com/country-codes) .
