Error Failed to load package manager in empty project

    So i only install unity 5.2.1 and get this error: "Failed to load package manager" in empty project.
    Windows 7
    Unity personal version
    anyone can help-me to fix it?

    Yeah, unity is totally broken right now, cant do anything, getting this and a few more errors on empty project, nice job PotatoHead.
