Bug Error creating Shader internal variants when loaded as addressable (Android)

    I get this error when trying to use material downloaded as addressable for the Android platform.
    Failed to create shader internal variant. glsl link error: the number of fragment samplers (17) is greater than the maximum number allowed (16).

    This error doesn't come up when the Android build and addressable build are created from the same project, however, when the addressable build is updated (via the Update of a previous build) flow, the above error comes up everytime.

    Unity Version: 2022.1.24f1
    Addressable Package Version: 1.20.0
