Error Building webgl: il2cpp.exe did not run properly!

    I'm trying to build a project in unity 5.6.0f3 but i get this error message:

    i already try erase the il2cpp_cache folder didn't work, i try build in 5.5 and in the 2017.1.0.b1 but didn't work.
    when a build a empty project works fine. i don't know what are causing this issue.

    please somebody help me.

    Try to have your unity, project and release folder in your main drive C:
    Also update your windows , i have got the same and now it's working.

    Thank you, i did that and appeared another error but i managed to fix it.

    Pretty common to see web gl builds fail. (Especially after locking your computer up for 20 minutes...) Some things I try that have varying degrees of success:

    1) Delete your Library/il2cpp_cache folder (DO NOT delete your library folder)

    -or-

    1) Open a fresh project
    2) Do a webGL build
    3) Delete the cache folder in the original project, the one that fails
    4) Open the original project
    5) Do a webGL build

    -or-

    Do the above 5 steps, but restart your computer before step 1

    Hey Everyone,

    I had the same issue on 2017.1.2p1 and thanks to Ewanuk (Delete your Library/il2cpp_cache folder (DO NOT delete your library folder)) the problem is solved on my side now.

    1. Close the Unity.
    2. Remove the Library folder of you project to re-import and generate all those files again.
    3. Edit the file C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\WebGLSupport\BuildTools\emscripten.config
    4. Change the value --stack_size to 2048

    5. Open your project and Build.

    like it ,do the step 1 to 5,the step 5 is failed,
    even the New fresh project appear il2cpp.exe did not run properly.

    I tried almost everything in here, and I am still having the same problem. My unity installation and project are not on the C drive though. So I hope that is not the problem
