    Hi,

I am receiving an error when building a standalone version of my work. The exact error is:
    Code (csharp):
    1.
    2. Error building Player: IOException: Failed to Move File / Directory from 'Temp/StagingArea/Data' to 'Temp/StagingArea/Spellstorm_Data'.
    3.
Worked fine last time I built. I click on the build and it opens in full screen. Which was strange because I had specifically set it to run on a default screen width/height. I try to build again and I receive the error (above).

I run unity as the administrator. I am on win7 32-bit. I reimported my assets but to no avail..Perhaps someone could be some assistance?

Alright, it seems to be working fine. I just exported my project as a package, made a new project and imported that package.

If it might help anyone, I had the exact same problem and here is the way I fixed it:
Inside your project root folder there is a "Temp" folder created during the build.
Erase it and rebuild, things got fine for me this way.

HI ,you can get the project at
temp/StagingArea/Trampoline after build.unity just crashed at moving thie project from tmp to target folder,so you can to this step by your self.

I was having the same kind of problem with difference that I am using .aar file in a build process. There was two types of problems that I was facing:-
    1. Minimum android API level mismatch of unity and .aar file(This will solve merging manifest error).
    2. I was building the .aar file without any the dependencies from android studio but in fact the dependencies are there in .aar plugin. (This will may solve your Failed to Move File error).

After trying out all the above, I tried bypassing the Unity's firewall from my antivirus and after that it worked like the charm. Please try it once. Thanks.
