I had been able to build and run my game for several days and then all of the sudden it gave me an error somewhere along the lines of "Win32Exception: cannot find the file specified"

And doesnt specify a file..... thats all it says

    Any help?

Well before i was finally able to build and run, my problem in building was the SDK, it was always causing problems. So i followed some advice and downgraded to a lower SDK version. Once i tried to build, Unity updated my SDK for me and then built fine. Thats the last time it updated

Unity updated your SDK? Sounds bit weird. Google made a change in their tools, moved zipalign from one folder to another. So you can use older sdk or move zipalign to folder that it belongs. This change will be updated in an upcoming patch for Unity (if that is your problem ofc)

The zipalign in my folders is under both tools and buildtools so would that be a problem? And yes during my build Unity updated my SDK tools

Just an update, it works now. Apparently my platform tools did not install correctly so I tried to install them again and it worked... Yet I was still able to build a few times without them. Weird.
