    Are you building the Unity project into a "Google Android" project first?

    If not, what is your flow exactly? what are you trying to build in Android Studio ?

    ya im export from unity to android studio
    because to edit androidmanifest and other java
    the building apk from unity it's work fine

    You could also modify the androidManifest from Unity itself.
