Error 132.001 When Adding Profile

Hello,
In the Unity portal I've been trying to set up an Ads Payout Profile. When I click the green "Add profile" button the page throws the following error:

I have tried clearing the cache and using another browser but get the same result every time. Please advise!

For anyone else who encounters this issue: you just need to wait. After a number of hours I tried again and no longer received the error.
