Ergonomy: Setup a custom Layout for every one in the team

Hello, I would like to know if, when we open a specific project for the first time, we could have a special Layout loaded ?

I personnaly have a special layout setup and saved locally on my computer.
if someone clone the github project, and open in on unity, I would like him to have my default layout (at least the first time he open the project)
