Endless Sidescroller HELP :(

Hi,

i want to make a type of flappy bird (just for learning purposes^^) and now i am stuck. i dont know how to spawn the pipes randomly and make them move towards the player... Quick info: the player stays at his x position and only moves on the y axis. only the pipes should move from right to left..
