Resolved Enable Jetpack Freeze during building unity 2019.4.1f1

    any idea how to fix this? this show up when I set api 29, but now gplay has warning for api 28 so we need to try to make api 29 image (3).png

    Changing the target API to "Automatic" stopped the popup from showing up

    I fixed it by Resolving Android Dependencied. Go to Editor Menu Assets->External Dependency Manager->Android Resolver->Resolve.
