    Description of issue:

I have been trying to set up my first cloud build project. I created a project ID under the Unity Developer Console and enabled the Cloud Build service. I provided the Mercurial login for accessing my repo.

Then it asked me to setup a build target. I selected Android, and then it brought me to a non-functional form entry. I can type in the Target Label and Project Subfolder fields, but both the Platform and Unity Version dropdowns are empty and there are no options to select. At that point, I can't proceed. Clicking Next does nothing.

I have also tried creating other targets (iOS and Web) with the same results. I have also tried doing target setup from the Unity Editor itself with the same results. Interestingly, in the editor, the two checkboxes at the bottom are labeled "{{UTCHECKBOXLABEL}}"

I have a Pro license. Other details:

    Unity version: 5.5.0f3 64-bit

    Source control: Mercurial on Bitbucket

    Local build platform: Win 10

    Build target: All

Something seems to be very wrong. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

@casimps1: Thanks for pointing this out. Looks like the build target setup is broken specifically for mercurial and we'll get it fixed up ASAP.

@GFX47 we were seeing some issues in the EU still, but it should be cleared up. Definitely let us know if it's still a problem.
