Empty Scene and Hierarchy after loading my project.

I was starting with some Unity 3D tutorials (roller ball game) and got to phase when I had to use script.

I saved the project and went on Google to see how to make that weird scripting [ ] (still don't know how..)

But then my computer suddenly crashed but fortunately I had project saved, unfortunately... there was nothing! My folders in Assets were alright and even things in them but Hierarchy and Scene were empty.

What I've done wrong? I saved the project by File>Save Project.

 

Have you loaded a scene? Select File>Open Scene.

 

Yes but I now see that I forgot to save Scene. I thought "Save Project" is enough but it wasn't.. thanks!
