Empty errors at startup, scripts not recognized

    I am using windows. Tried reinstalling unity and vscode. This bug also happens when new project is created, tried 3D and urp.
    When i open a project i get a ton of errors with no message.

    When i exit safe mode unity doesnt recognize any scipts either component.

    I also cant open scripts in vscode by doubleclicking them. Set it up manually again in prefrences and didnt help.

    Currently i just cant use unity and am not able to fix this please help.

    the problem was in my cmd, it wasnt working
