Bug Empty error in console

I was also getting same problem in windows 10.
I got the solution.
1) Try to uninstall unity and hub completely and then reinstall again.
if this not work then
2) Try to update your windows , then restart it and open unity see bug has gone or not.
if this also not work then last
3) Reset you windows which will only clear windows drive.
this work for me.
Try and see any works for you.

 

I was experiencing this on Windows 10 Unity version 2019.3.13f1

Solved it by:

- Installing the latest LTS version of Unity 2019.4.X
- Doing a clean git pull of the project
- Opening the project
