Graphics Emission in Legacy Self Illum Diffuse is clamped to 8

    So emission now exists in the Unity 5.3 beta (great!) but it's clamped to 8. It wasn't in Unity 4.

    I have fixed this, the fix will appear in a later 5.3 beta version.
