Embed Unity 2D Project in VR

Hi all,

I'm a teacher at a high school in Canada, and I'm creating a VR environment to showcase the work of my students. One of the projects I'm looking to showcase is a 2D endless runner game that my students have customized. I'd like to create a screen in vr and allow people to pick up a virtual controller and play the games that my students have created on said screen. I was wondering if anyone knew how to approach this? I've done some googling but I haven't been able to come up with anything so far. Any help would be apprecated.
