Bug EditorGUIUtility.GetBuiltinSkin with non standart Editor Theme

    In case if you change the standard Editor Theme (Light) on Dark. The call 
    EditorGUIUtility.GetBuiltinSkin(EditorSkin.Inspector)
    are returning the LightSkin, which have the 
    standartTextField.normal.textColor=RGBA(0,008, 0,008, 0,008, 1,000)
    (black color) vs standard "white color" for that element in 
    DarkSkin=RGBA(0,824, 0,824, 0,824, 1,000)
    , as will be logical.
