Bug EditorGUILayout.PropertyField: "includeChildren: false" does not work 2020+

    Using "EditorGUILayout.PropertyField" in custom editor for Arrays and Lists does not work properly in 2020+, when you set includeChildren to false, it has no effect. Also setting the content to none, does not remove the array size field.

    This works fine in 2019, I can only assume this is caused by the new re-orderable lists and arrays.

    Anywork around is apreciated
