Bug Editor Update dialog drives flow to install the INTEL version, from an Apple Silicon build

    Visibility for ticket IN-13222, please fix:

    Using 2022.1.11f1 today. Received notification that 2022.1.12f1 is available for download. Proceeded to download. Navigated me to website https://unity3d.com/get-unity/update. NOTICE there is no "get Silicon version through Hub" option. Proceeded and launched Hub. It almost installed gigabytes of INTEL version.
