I am having a bug with the Unity Editor UI on my second monitor.
My macbook is closed. I have two external monitors. One horizontal main, and one vertical.

When opening the package manager I get a black UI box that is correctly displayed but the interal drawing is set for horizontal. See image.

What is odd, is that when I screenshot it with the Apple snip tool, it gives me an image that is rendered perfectly. So from the Mac perspective, it is rendered correct. That's why I had to take a photo with my phone instead.

    1. Update unity to the latest 2021 lts or newer and make sure you use the apple silicone version.
    2. Test if it happens in a blank project
2.1 If yes, make a bug report
2.2 if no, compare project settings

Still happening on 2022 LTS and 2021 LTS with brand new project.

It was working fine until I had tabbed to another application for a bit and when I came back it bugged out again.

Restarting Mac OS seems to fix the issue temporarily
