Question Editor: Recent Scenes list is not updating

On windows, you can right-click on the Unity icon in the task bar to get a list of recently opened scenes. This is super useful for bouncing back and forth between multiple scenes that are actively being worked on. However, recently my list has gotten stuck and stopped updating. I'm using Perforce for version control, so maybe the file that stores that recent scenes list is write protected? But I have no idea where that list is actually stored. Anyone know where or how the Recent Scenes list is stored?
