Editor Preformance Issue

I'm having frame rate issues, from the "other" section of the profiler, and is highlighted when I click "editor loop" in the profile. The strange thing is it continues even if I delete everything in the hierarchy. Anybody know where this is coming from? I'm on a windows computer with IOs build settings. Thank you!
