Editor loses focus after recompiling the scripts

Hi, after i modify my code in IDE, i switch back to Unity, and it triggers a recompile.

After scripts are finished recompiling the editor window loses focus and does not capture any keyboard shortcuts. (eg. I cant press "ctrl-p" to enter play mode).

Its so annoying, this happens only with new "upgraded" UI in 2019.3, for me and my colleagues.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
