Editor loop takes much fps drop even when Gameobject is inactive.

    I found inactive Gameobject(UI) still takes much fps drop in Editor, When I active IslandMainUI, the FPS dramatically drops( but all the sub Gameobjects are inactive). I check the profiler, most changes are Editor loop. Does it mean I don't need to worry about it, It won't happen on the formal device?

    EditorLoop displays the processes of the Unity editor itself - it won't be included in a standalone build of your application.

    Try creating a build and running it to see if it performs better.
