Editor "Input Manager" import/export (revised)

There's an outdated thread https://forum.unity.com/threads/editor-input-manager-import-export.4349/ that references being able to copy InputManager.asset to/from the Library folder, looks like that asset and other settings have moved to ProjectSettings rather than Library now for anyone who can't locate it.
