Editor Freeze on "Begin MonoManager ReloadAssembly"

    So I'm not sure if this is because of Rider or Unity or some mixture of the two, but I have been getting constant hangs on Unity 2020.3.x.

    I'm not sure what to do or even who to report the problem to (either the Rider team at Jetbrains or UT).

    Editor Log:
    "Reloading assemblies after finishing script compilation.
    Begin MonoManager ReloadAssembly"

    Just hangs indefinitely at times. Debugger is not attached but the Rider integration pack is installed (version 3.0.7 - the newest listed in package manager).

    Any advise? Anyone hitting similar issues?
