editor folder issue, script still being ignored on build once removed from folder...

I tried a work around that ultimately did not work by putting a script for my games main menu into the Editor folder, so, obviously on build the main menu script does not work. The problem now is that I have taken the main menu script back out of the Editor folder so that it would be included in the build(for android) but the build still no longer runs the main menu script. I guess unity is not updating properly, I've searched and tried a few things but have not solved this issue yet, I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience dealing with this kind of problem?
