Editor crashes when importing objects.

    Hello,
    this may be the wrong place but wanted to ask the question before I submit a bug report, Unity Editor crashes when trying to import a new 2d asset. Anyone else have this issue, it is with Windows 8.1 also. If this is the wrong place to ask this question, please move the question.

    2D stuff is only available in 4.3 beta.

    I was working great with my own 2d in unity 4.2.1 then I upgraded to 4.2.2 and windows 8.1 and now it crashes all the time. I reinstalled 4.2.1 and now it still crashes. So it didn't have anything to do with 2d, just with the editor.

    Where do I submit a bug report if the editor crashes just on opening it?

    Found a fix on the support forum and hopefully there is a fix coming soon.
