Editor Bug/Glitch

    So I had this bug back in 5.0 but ignored it thinking it will disappear after a future update but then I updated 5.4.1f and the problem still persisted. It started to really get on my nerves so I am seeking advice on how to solve this issue. Here are some screenshots:
