Bug Editor 2022.2.8+ is broken

I get null ref when I try to click on any reference type in the inspector, also the console crashes.
Reinstalling Unity didn't help. Removing everything related to Unity from AppData also didn't work. The error can be reproduced even on an empty project. What's interesting is that only some of the team members are 100% likely to reproduce the error. This bug occurs in version 2022.2.8f1 and 2022.2.9f1. In versions from 2021.3 and below the error is not reproduced. The error does not depend on the type of rendering.
