Editing existing game file sounds.

So I've made it my goal to edit the phasmophobia spirit box files into memes. I've extracted files where all of the textures and sound files are, though I have no idea how I would exchange the files and manage to rebuild the assets file. I'm quite new to unity so please tell me if this is even possible and the steps to rebuilding a single assets file
