Edge detect standard effect asset?

Hi. I want to try messing about with the standard edge detection filters.

The manual pages say I should click Assets, Import Package, then select the effects from the list. However there is nothing in the list.

There is nothing in the Package Manager list that identifies as Standard Assets. Do I need to download these? I can't see anything in the asset store called Standard Assets.

Where have they gone? Could they please come back? I will leave out some milk and cookies.
