ECS Unity Programing is VR ready?

    Hi All
    Sorry for my ignorance but since I am interested in making VR projects for Oculus Go and Quest( without any PC or phone device) and the biggest problem to build VR for these devices are the its Performance but I am not sure if ECS is VR ready, for it, and since I saw this Video in Unity Youtube channel

    Could you say me if ECS is a good programming option for VR developing? Thanks for your time

    I can not say for certain, but to be honest, I am quite skeptical at this point of ECS dev.
    Seams is still relatively early dev phase, to support other devices.

    At the moment no not for production however now is a good time to start training your team, so when the time comes you'll be ready

    You can use ECS for computation, then it has nothing to do with VR or not.

    What are some special requirements for VR that make or break, to "support" or not? I am not in the VR scene so I didn't know much. But ECS is about data and clever batch computations, should not be specific to game genre since pretty much every game would need some kind of calculations.

    This is valid point.
    Technically, ECS programmed game logic should be able to work already on VR.
    I think best bet, is to give a try?
