ECS for 2D games.

Is it possible to use ecs for 2D games? Because I don't see any sprite renderer component.

 

If you aim strictly 2d, you may be interested in Project Tiny.
Otherwise, not sure if 2D utility are ready in DOTS. However, you can easily achieve same effect, as if using 3D. Only thing you need to really worry, is depth level.
