Dynamic Navmesh Bake Sometimes Incorrect

    I'm using the dynamic navmesh baking system and occasionally it creates incorrect holes or sections of the navmesh and I can't debug because it only happens sometimes.

    Here is an example of the correct navmesh that usually gets generated


    And here is an example of the same mesh being generated incorrectly


    I'm using dynamic building because the maps are procedural and made of tiles, however the issue shown here is in the center of a tile (I would expect issues to be on the edges between two tiles).

    Has anyone experienced this issue before?
