Any more info? Looks like it certainly has potential but also looks like a handful to drive currently. What are you plans?

K : gear up (gear up when the Rpm value is highlighted)
L : gear down
Spacebar : Handbrake
M : Camera
N : Repair + Respawn

 

The new Hubert GT5 :

 

Tried the demo but the car wont move, can rev the engine in neutral but when I change to 1st nothing happens.

 

I am having the same problem, just revs until you change gear then it wont rev any more. Would be good to know how to get the car moving.

Who models your cars and tracks?

BTW the car just falls through the track at Le Mans.

 

Oh i didn't tell you, some of the cars isn't working, i have been updating my car script and some of the values isn't entered(I have to find the real values and stuff ) But the Lotus 49 and the Hubert GT5 should be driveable and I've modeled all the cars myself and some of the tracks too. Now for the updating part i think it's a Updater In the download, Launch it and Update it i'm in school right now but i will fix it when i get home , thanks for the feedback, since im a one man team i haven't got time to test everything.

 

Right the lotus drives. The brakes don't work but can get it round the lap carefully. Also notice your wheels steer oddly.

For a one man show its pretty impressive. Some work needed on the driving experience but its well on its way. I look forward to driving the other cars sometime, especially the Maserati and the Pantera.

 

Thanks! Are you sure that the brakes doesn't work? Are you using the Space button? It's maybe the lotus 49 Ackerman that's struggling.I've updated the game, Just launch the "DT-Racing Updater" and it will take you to the update page. the E-Type works in this version and the Hubert MK5 and the maserati.

Ahh spacebar. Just assumed it would be down arrow for some reason. Anyway of getting the joystick to work? I see you have it in the input dialog but its a no go in the game..

 

Do you mean Steering wheel controller? Aha!, i thought I've already fixed that! I'll update so that you can use Steering wheel and stuff.

 

New car is looking cool. What are your plans for this game re. content and also selling/free, which platforms.

 

I haven't planed to release it on anything else than PC so far and it will problaly cost about 1 Euro, it's not a professional game and it's not done yet. If i find out how to make it possible to make User created content for the game i will implement that, Just like Rfactor. Just tell me if you have any suggestions.

@Tony West yes, the game is now fully copitable with the G27 racing wheel set, i will release ot as soon as i get home. There's also a two new cars : the Mercedes 300 SLR & the Jaguar D-Type(not done) i'm working on the physics. It progresses ever day
