Dropdown having a spaz

    I don't know how, I don't know why. But I'm trying to use a dropdown in my scene and it will just refuse to work. It will keep blipping in and out of existence. (I don't have time to send a gif so ill do it later)

    I'm using URP and Text Mesh Pro, Unity 2020.1.3f1. I've tried using the latest version of unity. I've tried updating TMP. I think it has something to do with the blocker that instantiates when I click (for I've never seen this before)

    Please Help I'm dyin here

    nevermind my pro controller was cpnnected to steam and it was killing unity
